RooferMatch

Receive homeowner roofing requests in your service area

RooferMatch is a referral service. Homeowners pick a job and give a ZIP code, and we send the request to one roofing company that serves it. If you want those requests for the work and ZIP codes you choose, this page says what we send, what it costs and how to apply.

What we send you

A request carries the job the homeowner picked (emergency roof repair, roof repair, roof replacement, roof leak, storm damage, roof inspection, gutters, flat roof, metal roof, skylight or chimney flashing), the ZIP code, the homeowner's name, phone and email, the time of the request and the consent wording they agreed to. The homeowner has agreed to be contacted by one company, by phone call and text, and the consent line names RooferMatch and says it is one company.

We do not send the same request to a list of bidders. If you use a referral partner to place calls for you, tell us when you apply, because the consent wording covers a partner acting for the company that receives the request.

What it costs

You pay per request delivered, at the price we agree with you when you apply. There is no contract and no share of the job. You quote the work, keep the customer and are paid by the homeowner, and you can pause delivery at any time, by service or by ZIP code.

What to expect, honestly

These are homeowners who asked for help with a specific roofing job. Some will not pick up, some will already have found someone, and some will want a price and nothing else. We make no promise about how many requests you will receive, or about exclusivity or volume, and none that any request will become a job. Our pages tell homeowners to photograph damage, call their insurer and ask about permits, so some of the people who reach the form will already have done that.

How to apply

Write to support@roofermatchusa.com with the company name, your roofing or contractor license number where your state requires one, the services you want and the ZIP codes you serve. We look the license up with your state's licensing board before delivery is switched on, and we ask you to confirm the details on a call. If a license does not show as active, we do not turn delivery on. That check is part of onboarding and is not a statement to homeowners about any company.

Licensing rules differ by state, and working without the license the job requires can mean fines and the loss of the right to sue for payment or to place a lien. We stop sending requests to a company if we learn that it works without the license the job requires.

What we ask of partners

  • Call the homeowner from a number that identifies your company, and say who you are.
  • State the price, or the way you price, before you send anyone to the house.
  • Give your license number when asked, and put it on the written contract.
  • Say whether the work needs a permit in that city, and who pulls it.
  • Stop contacting a homeowner who asks you to, and tell us.
